Latest geophysical surveys
From this page, grids and georeferenced images from recently completed regional surveys may be downloaded free of charge. Grids are in ER Mapper format. Images, in the form of ECW files, can be viewed using the free ER Viewer (available from Intergraph) or various GIS applications.
The point-located (‘vector’) data and grids from these surveys can be downloaded free of charge from the National Geophysical Archive Data Delivery System (GADDS) hosted by Geoscience Australia (GA). The data on physical media can also be purchased from GA's Sales Centre.

2012 Bryah Basin airborne electromagnetic survey
2012 Bryah Basin airborne electromagnetic surveyDate released: 13 December 2012 Final data from a reconnaissance airborne SPECTREM® electromagnetic survey at a line spacing of 5 500 m that was flown in June 2012 over the Bryah Basin. The survey was flown by Spectrem Air Ltd (SAL) for CSIRO and GSWA (MAGIX Registration No. 70758). The SAL data package in Geosoft format contains the line (point-located) data and grids as well as interpretative products from SAL including Conductivity Depth Images and an anomaly selection list. An acquisition, processing and interpretation report is also contained. Images in ecw format ready for import into a GIS application have been made by GSWA from the SAL grids. These include the x- and z-channel amplitudes, x- and z-channel time constants, and SAL-interpreted regolith thickness.
