Schedule of Fees
Amendment regulations came into force from 1 July 2009 to the following regulations to provide for a 4.2% CPI increase to WA Petroleum and Geothermal fees:
- Petroleum Regulations 1987
- Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 1990
- Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Regulations 1990
- Petroleum Pipeline Regulations 1970
- Petroleum (Registration Fees) Regulations 1990
In addition, Commonwealth Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Title fees have increased by 13.65% to "catch up" on the rise in the CPI since the last fee increase on 1 January 2005.
