Access Authority Overview
Where access is required in the above circumstance, the title holder so affected, needs to be given the opportunity to comment on, but not veto, the proposed access. To hasten the approval process, it is advisable to seek the consent of the other title holder prior to submitting the Access Authority application.
Access Authorities are usually limited in time to the work that is being undertaken.
To avoid delays, applications should be submitted as early as possible.
Application forms that outline the information to be provided in support of an Access Authority application are available for downloading from the right of the screen. If the Access Authority is required for the purpose conducting a survey you will need to complete an Application to Conduct a Survey Form.
