Production Licence Applications

Where a commercial discovery is made, the successful explorer has a statutory right to the grant of a Production Licence. The initial term of an onshore Production Licence is 21 years and it may be renewed at any time for further periods as determined by the Minister.

WA Onshore and Internal Waters
