Pipeline Licence Applications

Online lodgement for Pipeline Licence applications is now available through the Petroleum and Geothermal Register (PGR).  This is the departments preferred method for lodging pipeline licence applications.  Users can use the link in the right hand panel to access PGR.

WA Onshore and Internal Waters

This page list the forms required when applying for a Pipeline Licence in accordance to the Petroleum Pipeline Act 1969.

WA Coastal Waters (Territorial Sea) Offshore

This page list the forms required when applying for a Pipeline Licence in accordance to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982.
