Important Notice
On Monday 21st March 2011 a new version of Mineral Titles OnLine was released for general use. This release introduced eLodgement functionality which is supported by the 'Approvals and Related Reforms (No. 2) Mining Act 2010' which was published in the Government Gazette on Friday 18 March 2011. The initial release included the base framework and the following forms based business processes:
- Operations Report - Expenditure on a Mining Tenement (Form 5)
- Objection (Form 16)
- Application for Exemption (Form 18)
- Application for Mining Tenement (Form 21)
On Friday evening 2nd September 2011 additional eLodgement and Title Information components were released:
- Rental Payments
- Extension of Term/Renewal (Form 9)
- Spatial selection of application area for an Exploration License
- Enhanced Native Title information and tracking for Tenement Applications and Amalgamations.
