Dangerous goods storage, handling and pipelines forms

In addition to the documents below also see the Written report for the registration of dangerous goods pipeline template (DOCX 161 kb).

If the operator of a dangerous goods site intends to store or handle more than the critical quantity of Schedule 1 substances on site, or more than the critical quantity of Schedule 1 substances is present on site, then the operator must submit the following "Operator notification that critical quantity of Schedule 1 substances will be exceeded" form to Resources Safety.

The form to apply for a dangerous good security card is only available from participating Australia Post Offices. Ring 13 13 18 for participating offices.
