Social Club
The Social Club provides a great opportunity for employees to meet and interact with other staff members outside of work hours. Fun social events such as sundowners, private movie screenings, weekend trips away, and other special offers are organised for members of the club.
Employee Assistance Program
Great importance is placed on providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees through the Employee Assistance Program.
If required, this service enables departmental employees, partners and their immediate family members to resolve work related and personal issues through a number of confidential consultations with a professional counsellor at no cost.
Wellness Program
To ensure employees maintain a well balanced and healthy life a Wellness Program, which comprises a number of seminars related to physical, emotional, occupational, spiritual and intellectual wellbeing, as well as work and personal relationships, is available.
The purpose of the program is to provide employees with a taste of the aspects that are important to their overall health so they can reflect on what they have found valuable, and continue with these good habits in their personal lives.
A number of other events including health assessments and sponsored participation in community events are also organised as part of the Wellness Program.
