Compliance Workshop for Mining and Exploration in WA
DMP hosted a Compliance Workshop for Mining and Exploration in WA on 20 May 2009 with more than 300 industry stakeholders in attendance.

DMP would like to thank their guest speakers, Joanne Heyes and Kate Somerville from BHP Billiton who gave a presentation on how integrating closure planning with mine planning makes good environmental and economic sense.
Thanks also go to those who provided feedback, it was encouraging that the workshop was found to be mostly useful to very useful. Plans are underway for future workshops.
