    Mining Act 1978 Pro Forma Bond Documents

    For use in respect to a granted mining lease or general purpose lease where a Notice of Intent has been lodged after the grant of the lease.

    Pro Forma Bond Document D (Word format, 64kb. Opens in new window)

    For use in respect to a granted mining lease or general purpose lease situated on Reserved Land where consent to mine has been given subject to a bond.

    For use in respect to Licence to Treat Tailings where further conditions are imposed in which a bond is required for protection of the land.
