The Confidential Access User will only have access to the My Access functionality.

There are two levels of access for this user.  Full or restricted.

If you are a Confidential Access User - Full, you have access to all tenements held by the registered holder. 
A restricted user indicates that the Confidential Access Administrator has allocated only some of the tenements held by the registered holder. 
'My Access' will display the tenements you have access to.
