How do I complete the institutional controls details?
Within Institutional Controls Details section type in the details of the mandatory fields. They are operating procedures, personal protective equipment, auditing and quality assurance, signage, personal hygiene rules and job rotation. Text can be entered in the text box provided. The field is scrollable, to cater for details that exceed 6 lines.
Can I attach files to the approval?
Yes, supporting documentation can be attached to many of the individual sections of your submission.
