Summary High Risk Activity (mining) Notification - (External)

The Submission summary page houses information on High Risk Activity (Mining) Notifcations under the Work Health and Safety Act, WHSA 2020.
Users will require SRS access and security roles (Approvals /High Risk Activity - Company Administrator or Company Representative) to lodge and view submissions.  Contact your SRS Company Administrator for your mine site (SG).

To reference the type of notification submitted, look at the name in the 'Document Title' column.
