Can I make changes to the 'Form Completed By' section?
The 'Form Completed By' section is automatically populated with the details of whoever is logged on to the Safety Regulation System (SRS).
Currently these details cannot be updated online however this functionality will be available in the near future.
If your contact details are different to those shown in the 'Form Completed By' section please add an explanatory note to the Other Information screen before submitting your Project Management Plan.
