Installed Ground Support (Seismic Event Occurrence)

EXTERNAL INSTALLED GROUND SUPPORT

For all occurrences (seismic/FOG/both), it is mandatory to provide details on installed ground support in damaged areas, as long as they are safe to enter. If the seismic event hypocentre is located in an inaccessible area, such as an open stope, type #n/a# otherwise perform a stocktake of all support that has been installed in the area and list it, as it was installed, in chronological order.

Select the order (hint: start at 1 as the first support installed at this location) and enter bolt type (e.g. split set), black/galvanised, bolt length (m), bolt pattern (burden x spacing, m), bolt static capacity (tonnes/bolt), bolt dynamic capacity (kJ/ bolt), displacement (for dynamic bolts, mm), bolt age (days, months or years), condition/corrosion. This list should include mesh and shotcrete/ fibrecrete and they must be entered in the order installed (e.g. before or after bolts) with details on their specification. Your list may include up to 8 stages of ground support installation. When all details have been entered, a table should be displayed showing details of every stage of ground support installed in chronological order.
