How do I complete the institutional controls details?
Within Institutional Controls Details section type in the details of the mandatory fields. They are responsibilities of personnel, designation of supervised areas, housekeeping measures and emergency preparedness and plans. Text can be entered in the text box provided. The field is scrollable, to cater for details that exceed 6 lines.
Can I attach files to the approval?
Yes, supporting documentation can be attached to many of the individual sections of your submission.
