Requesting access to mine plans

This form is to be completed by the current mine owner, duly appointed registered manager or exploration manager, or any other person if they provide written permission for access to mine plans.

Important note: The Department is unable to guarantee the accuracy of the plans, neither at the time they were originally made nor as an accurate reflection of the current state of workings. Copies of plans are provided on this basis.

Who can access mine plans held by the department?

Tenement holders may request access to the plans submitted for their mine site. The form can be completed by:

  • current mine owner
  • duly appointed registered manager or exploration manager
  • any other person with written permission for access to mine plans from any of the above persons.

Required information

Written permission must be provided if applicant is not the current mine owner, duly appointed registered manager or exploration manager.

The completed and signed application form and written permission (where applicable) can be emailed to rsdmineplans@dmirs.wa.gov.au
