What is this layer?
The distribution of magnetitite and chromitite in Western Australia. Magnetitite layers within layered intrusions directly host vanadium mineralization. Chromitite layers in layered intrusions do not host vanadium mineralization, but are formed in the same intrusions as magnetitite layers and can be considered a good proxy for exploration.
