How do I add multiple Occupation Exposure Monitoring entries?Follow these steps:

 

  1. Select the work category from the drop-down list (Work category is auto-populated according to the workforce information provided in Workforce section);

  2. Enter type of monitoring sampling;

  3. Enter monitoring period;

  4. Enter frequency;

  5. Click on <Add> button. If data is incorrect, use <Clear> to empty the fields.

Repeat the steps above to add multiple occupational exposure monitoring entries.

*Sampling Equipment entry is mandatory if Occupation Exposure Monitoring information has been provided.

Can I edit or delete an Occupational Exposure Monitoring entry?

Yes, Occupational Exposure Monitoring entries can be edited.

To edit, select the row in the Occupational Exposure Monitoring grid and click the edit icon. Information will be auto-populated for editing. Click <Update> or <Clear> as neccessary after the changes. 

To delete, select the row in the Occupational Exposure Monitoring grid and click the delete icon. The system will prompt for confirmation.

How do I add multiple Monitoring Equipment entries?

Follow these steps:

  1. Select monitoring equipment;
  2. Select functionl
  3. Select the make;
  4. Select the model;
  5. Response to question - "Do you have Calibration Records" with Yes or No or N/A and;
  6. Attach file if required with a file size limit of 40MB per file.
  7. Click on <Add> button. If data is incorrect, use <Clear> to empty the fields.

Repeat the steps above to add multiple Monitoring Equipment entries.

Monitoring Equipment entry is mandatory if Occupation Exposure Monitoring Information has been provided.

How do I complete the Monitoring - Occupational and Environmental details?

Within Occupational and Environment details section type in the details of the mandatory fields. They are Environment Monitoring Program - Baseline/Pre-Operational, Environment Monitoring Program-Operational, Environment Monitoring Program-Post Operational, Radionuclides Monitoring, Surface Contamination Monitoring, Radon/Thoron Measurements, Water Monitoring and Methodology for Exposure Calculation.
