CONTAMINANT SAMPLING
Quick Start
To create a Contaminant Sampling Form, complete the following:
- Reporting Details - verify details on populated company and submitter details.
- Bulk Upload - upload an XML file and provide optional comment for the CONTAM Manager.
- Review - identify any errors preventing submission, or warnings.
- Submit - the completed contaminant sampling is submitted for processing on clicking the <Submit> button.
When a Health and Contaminant submission is opened by selecting the folder icon: .jpg)
for a specfific submission, the user is navigated to the Submission tab page which defaults to the Overview tab.
