Search - (External)

There are 3 different ways to search:

• Search using the drop down menu.  This takes you to individual areas where you can search depending on your security access.
• Search field - a field available on each summary page in SRS
• Quick Search - using a reference ID available on the Home page

Home page Search

Search field  

Available on the top of every page in SRS.

Quick Search

Available on the Home page.

• Enter the full known Reference ID (e.g. OC-087-199467); Select 'Go'.

The system does not accept wildcard or a partial Reference ID.  
An error message will be displayed if entered Reference ID is incomplete.

If the user does not have security roles, an error message will pop up.
