Submitted Incidents - (External)
This report includes a list of incidents (occurrences) submitted to the Department.
Select Report Period, Principal Employer (PE), Combined Operations (CO) and Site Operation (SG). Refer to Report Filters page for more information.
Click the ‘View Report’ button on the right hand side of the page, each time a new filter is chosen. 
Incidents in the statuses of ‘QA Required’, ‘Approved’ and ‘Coding Required’ are included. Incidents deemed non-mining will not be displayed in this report.
