Timeliness - (External)

There are four charts providing the resolution timeliness of Defects, Other Matters for Action, Approvals and Improvement Notices.


Select Report Period, Principal Employer (PE), Combined Operations (CO) and Site Operation (SG). Refer to Report Filters page for more information.
Click the ‘View Report’ button on the right hand side of the page, each time a new filter is chosen.


Defects

This chart shows all defects raised for the selected site operation(s). The site operation sets the date for closing out a defect.

  • Completed On Time - a defect that was closed on or before the due date
  • Complete Late - a defect that was closed past the due date
  • In Progress - a defect in the status of 'open' within the due date
  • Pending Action - a defect has no due date (this is set by industry)
  • Overdue - a defect that is open where the due date has passed

Other Matters for Action

The chart shows other matters for action (OMs) for the selected site operation(s).  The date is set by the Inspector.

  • Completed On Time – Other Matters actioned by industry on time
  • Completed Late – Other Matters actioned by industry past the due date
  • In Progress – Other Matters in the status of ‘Open’ within the due date
  • Overdue – Other Matters in the status of 'Open' where the due date has passed

Approvals

The chart shows mining approvals (excluding HHMPs and RMPs) submitted by the selected site operation(s).

  • Completed On Time - an Approval where the number of days taken for resolution is within 30 business days
  • Completed Late - an Approval where the number of days taken for resolution is more than 30 business days
  • In Progress - an Approval where the resolution deadline is within 15 to 30 business days
  • Due in Two Weeks - an approval where the resolution deadline is within 14 business days
  • Overdue - an approval where the resolution deadline is more than 30 business days, in any of the following status:
    -'Under Assessment'
    -'On Hold - Proponent Requested'
    -'Pending - Awaiting Proponent'
    -'Pending - Inter-agency'

Improvement Notices

The chart shows all Improvement Notices that are due for the selected site operation(s).

  • Completed On Time - an Improvement Notice where industry complied on or before the due date
  • Completed Late - an Improvement Notice where industry has complied, past the due date
  • Due in 2 weeks - an Improvement Notice in the status of ‘issued’ i.e. not yet complied with, and is within the 14 days of the due date
  • In Progress - an Improvement Notice in the status of ‘issued’ i.e. not yet complied with, and is more than 14 days from its due date
  • Overdue – an Improvement Notice in the status of ‘issued’ where the due date has passed
