How do I search for a reference (notification, approval, communication) record?
- Enter the reference ID (e.g. PM-123-12345, OC-123-12345, COMM-123-12345) within the Reference ID textfield.
- Select <Go> button.
What are the various validation checks involved in the quick search?
- There is a validation check on the security rights to ensure user do have access to the particulare record. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed "You do not have security rights to access Reference ID: PM1-123-123456, please see your system administrator for this access."
- The system does not accept wildcard or partial reference ID search. An error message "Reference ID: PM-123-123456 does not exist." will be displayed if entered reference ID is incomplete.
