Lodge New - (External)
This page shows you how to lodge a new notification - Injury Report Form summary (IRF), Notifiable Incident Report Form (NIRF) or Monthly Status Report (MSR) for a mine site or exploration company. SRS access and security roles in relevant areas apply. For security roles contact your SRS Company Administrator.
From the notifications summary page, click New to enter the lodgement page.
According to your access mining / exploration business areas will be available.
According to your security roles, you will be able to select the type of notification from the dropdown - Injury Report / Monthly Status Report / Notifiable Incident Report.
Click Continue.
